One of my favorites is Shadow Music by Julie Garwood. What a great author and book! I’ve read it about 10 times and it never gets old to me. I love it because it is such a romantic story and I would love to live in its time period for a day where they hunt and defend with swords and bows and use horses for transportation. My favorite part is whenever Princess Gabriella says, “As you wish” to Colm MacHugh when he asks her to do something. And then of course she does the opposite. You’ll have to read it for yourself.
I’m starting the reading off with Nora Robert’s first book, Irish Thoroughbred. You can now get it along with its sequel in Irish Hearts. It is about love and horse racing. What are your thoughts?
